Guided From Start to Launch // No Guesswork // No Going it Alone //

The Guided Website Experience

A done-for-you service — built on one of my signature Squarespace base designs, tailored to your business, and guided from start to launch. No DIY, no guesswork, no going it alone.

You've been doing everything yourself for a while now — and your website shows it.

Not because it's terrible. But because it was built at a different stage, by a version of you who was figuring things out as she went. And now your business has grown, your services are clearer, and your clients love working with you — but your website still looks like the beginning.

It's time to stop fiddling with it yourself. No more late nights wrestling with layouts, second-guessing your copy, or watching the same YouTube tutorial for the third time. Just a beautiful, done-for-you website that helps you stand out and grow your business — handled by someone who does this every day.

That's what I'm here for.

Everything you need, handled for you.

  • Your core pages cover the essentials: who you are, what you offer, how to work with you, and how to get in touch. The link in bio page gives you a clean, on-brand hub for your social media traffic.

  • Before design begins, you'll work through a guided content planner built specifically for this process — with prompts, tips, and word count guidance for every page. Even if writing isn't your thing, you'll know exactly what to say and where. No staring at a blank page, no guessing.

  • Your site is laid out so visitors immediately understand what you do, who it's for, and how to reach you — without you having to explain it on every single call.

  • Built on one of my signature base designs and tailored to your business from there. You get a uniquely designed result — the base design is the starting point, not the finish line.

  • Your pages are set up correctly in search so potential clients get the right first impression before they even click.

  • Your site looks just as good on a phone as it does on a desktop — because that's where a lot of your potential clients are browsing.

  • We go live together on a pre-scheduled 90-minute call. I'll walk you through your finished site, cover the Squarespace basics, and make sure you feel confident managing it yourself before we say goodbye. You won't feel rushed or confused — that's the whole point.

  • During business hours, you'll have direct access to me for small tweaks, questions, and anything that comes up. You're not on your own the moment we launch

Optional add-ons

Brand style guide // $1,200 USD

Don't have existing branding — or not sure what you have is working? This is where we start. Before a single page gets designed, I'll put together a curated visual direction for your website — a colour palette, font pairings, a simple wordmark, and favicon, plus a selection of on-brand stock images ready to go.

You'll see two directions to choose from, pick the one that feels most like you, and we'll go from there. No guessing, no mid-project detours, no "I'm not sure about the vibe" moments once design begins.

If you'd prefer to work with a brand designer first, that works too — just something to sort before your design phase begins. What I can't work with is DIY branding. It makes it really hard to produce a result we're both proud of.

Extra pages // $600 USD each (maximum two)

Need more than five core pages? You can add up to two additional pages at $600 USD each.

Extra pages work well for:

  • FAQ

  • Portfolio or work samples

  • A focused sales or landing page

  • Speaking or media page

  • Resources page

Not sure which pages you need? We'll figure that out together during the prep phase — no pressure to decide upfront.

Stock image curation // $200 USD

Already have existing branding but not sure which images to choose — or just don't have the time to search? I'll curate a selection of on-brand stock images for your website so you have a cohesive, ready-to-use library before your design phase begins.

You'll also receive my free stock image resource guide as part of your client portal when you book, so you can always try finding them yourself first.

(Note: Stock image curation is included in the brand style guide add-on — this standalone option is for clients who already have existing branding.)

Uncounted pages - Legal pages, thank you pages, and your 404 error page are part of every build but don't count toward your six — included at no extra cost

A note on legal pages

Every website needs a privacy policy, terms and conditions, and a cookie policy — and I'll design and style all three once you provide the content. These pages don't count toward your six core pages.

Legal copy is your responsibility, whether you choose to hire a lawyer or you need a more accessible starting point. There are tools / services that I often recommend that will generate your privacy policy, terms, and cookie policy, and automatically update them as laws change.

It's not a substitute for legal advice, but it's a solid, practical option for a lot of small business owners. As always, do your own research and make the call that's right for you.

Here's exactly what working together looks like

  • Start by filling out my short application. Tell me a bit about your business, your current website, and what you're hoping this next version does for you. I'll read through everything personally and get back to you within two to three business days — no awkward sales call, no pressure.

  • If I think we're a good fit, I'll send a detailed email with everything you need — project details, investment, contract, and invoice — all in one place. You can sign, pay, and secure your spot entirely by email. If you have questions before you're ready to commit, just reply and I'll answer them.

Once you're booked, we'll schedule your one-hour welcome and strategy session — where we'll talk through your goals, your vision, and exactly how everything works. You'll walk away from that call feeling clear, confident, and genuinely excited about what's coming.

  • This is where we get everything ready before a single page gets designed. You'll work through your content planner at your own pace — with prompts, tips, and word count guidance for every page so you always know what you're doing and why. I'm available by email throughout, and we'll have a check-in call one week before your content is due so you can bring along any questions and go into the final stretch feeling ready. Up to three weeks, no rushing.

  • Once your content is ready, I get to work. Over one to two weeks, I build your custom Squarespace website page by page — your project is my sole focus during this time. You'll have two scheduled review points: one after the homepage is built, and one after the full site is complete. No radio silence, no guessing, no surprises.

  • We go live together on a pre-scheduled 90-minute call. I'll walk you through your finished site, cover the Squarespace basics so you feel confident managing it yourself, and send you off with ten business days of post-launch email support during business hours. You'll feel ready — that's the whole point.

Here's what you bring. I handle everything else.

Your words

You'll write your own copy using the content planner I provide — it's full of prompts, tips, and word count guidelines for every page so you know exactly what to write and where. It's more guided than it sounds, I promise.

Your images

You'll need a collection of high-quality, on-brand images, professional photography, on-brand stock images, or both.

When you book, you'll get access to my stock image resource guide in your client portal — it walks you through exactly where to look, what to look for, and how to build a cohesive image library.

If you'd rather hand that off too, the stock image curation add-on is there for you.

Your branding

You'll need an existing colour palette and font pairings to bring into the project. If you don't have these yet — or what you have isn't quite working — the brand style guide add-on is a great place to start.

No DIY branding, please — it makes it really hard to produce a result we're both proud of. If your branding needs work, let's sort that first.

What I believe every good website should be.

Calm and intentional

Good design doesn't shout. It guides. I build websites that are easy to move through, gentle on the eyes, and clear enough that your visitor always knows where they are and what to do next.

Personal and specific

Your website should feel like you — not like a template someone filled in. Every project is tailored to your business, your audience, and the way you actually work. The base design is the starting point, not the finish line.

Easy to manage

A website you can't update yourself isn't really yours. I design exclusively on Squarespace so you can confidently make changes, add content, and keep your site current — without touching code or calling a developer.

Honest and clear

No vague claims, no invented proof, no pressure. Just a clear, well-structured website that communicates your value and lets the right clients find their way to you.

The investment // What it costs and what you get for it.

The Guided Website Experience — $5,000 USD

Everything listed above — six pages, content planner, strategic structure, Squarespace website built on one of my signature base designs and tailored entirely to your business, SEO setup, mobile refinement, a 90-minute assisted launch call, and ten business days of post-launch email support during business hours.

Payment schedule: 50% due to reserve your spot. 50% due five days before the design phase begins.

Optional add-ons:

  • Brand style guide — $1,200 USD

  • Extra pages — $600 USD each, maximum two

  • Stock image curation — $200 USD (for clients with existing branding)

This is for you if...

  • You're a coach, creative, wellness practitioner, or service provider who's done DIYing

  • You want something that looks professional without paying $15,000 for it

  • You're ready to hand it off and let someone who knows what they're doing take the lead

  • You want to actually be able to manage your site once it's done — no developer dependency

  • You care about how it looks and feels, but you don't want to make every single decision yourself

  • You've been putting it off because it feels overwhelming — and you just want someone to guide you through it

Frequently asked questions

  • No. I work exclusively with service-based businesses. That includes coaches, creatives, wellness practitioners, therapists, and service providers. If you sell physical or digital products as your primary offer, I'm probably not the right fit. Not sure? Apply anyway and I'll let you know honestly.

  • Not at all — I handle the full setup on a fresh Squarespace site. What I don't do is migrate existing content from an old website. If you've been online for years and have blog posts, extra pages, or other content you want to carry over, that's outside the scope of this project.

I build your six pages from scratch, and anything beyond that would need to be handled separately. Think of it as a fresh start — which for most of my clients is exactly what they need.

  • No branding? No problem. I offer a brand style guide add-on for $1,200 USD — a curated visual direction for your website that includes a colour palette, font pairings, a simple wordmark, a favicon, and a selection of on-brand stock images.

You'll see two directions to choose from before design begins, so nothing is left to guesswork. If you'd prefer to work with a brand designer first, that works too — just something to sort before your design phase begins. What I can't work with is DIY branding. It makes it really hard to produce a result we're both proud of.

  • That's what the content planner is for. It's a guided workbook built specifically for this process — with prompts, tips, and word count guidelines for every page. You won't be staring at a blank page wondering what to write. It's more guided than it sounds, I promise.

  • Legal copy is your responsibility — whether you choose to hire a lawyer or you need a more accessible starting point. I often recommend Termageddon (affiliate link) — it's a tool that generates your privacy policy, terms and conditions, and cookie policy and automatically updates them as laws change.

It's not a substitute for legal advice, but it's a solid, practical option for a lot of small business owners. As always, do your own research and make the call that's right for you.

I'll design and style your privacy policy, terms and conditions, and cookie policy once you provide the content — and none of these count toward your six core pages.

  • When you book, you'll get access to your client portal which includes my stock image resource guide — recommended sites, tips on what to look for, and a checklist to help you build your image library before the project begins.

If you'd rather hand that off entirely, stock image curation is available as a standalone add-on for $200 USD — or included as part of the brand style guide add-on if you're starting without existing branding.

  • I work with one client at a time and typically book out four to six weeks in advance. If you have a target launch date in mind, it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later — I can't always accommodate last-minute requests.

  • As soon as you're ready. Because your design weeks are confirmed at booking and your prep phase begins right away, the earlier you book the more breathing room you have to get your content ready without feeling rushed.

  • You'll need a Squarespace Business plan to support your website — you can check current pricing directly on Squarespace's website. For your domain, if you already have one you love, I'll help you point it to your new Squarespace site — no need to buy a new one.

If you need a domain, Squarespace offers registration and sometimes includes the first year at no extra cost for new accounts. For email, most clients already have a professional address through Google Workspace or a similar provider and don't need to change a thing. If you want everything in one place, Squarespace offers email hosting too.

I'll walk you through all of this at your welcome and strategy session so nothing catches you off guard.

  • Once you submit your application, I'll read through everything personally and get back to you within two to three business days. If I think we're a good fit, I'll send a detailed email with everything you need — project details, investment, contract, and invoice — all in one place.

You can sign, pay, and secure your spot entirely by email. If you have questions before you're ready to commit, just reply and I'll answer them. No introductory calls, no pressure — just a clear, calm next step.

  • Your design weeks are confirmed at booking and I hold those dates exclusively for you.

If you need to move your dates: I ask for at least two weeks notice and a $300 USD rescheduling fee. I can only accommodate one reschedule — after that, the project is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.

If your content arrives late: a holding fee of $150 USD per business day applies from your confirmed design start date until everything is received and the project can begin. After five business days, I'll reach out to discuss next steps — at that point, the project can either be rescheduled (holding fees plus the $300 rescheduling fee apply) or cancelled (deposit and all holding fees are forfeited).

Any outstanding holding fees are settled on your final invoice — everything is paid in full before your website is handed over. I'll always make sure it's clear and easy to understand, with no surprises.

These fees cover different situations — you'd never be charged both for the same thing. This isn't meant to be harsh — it's how I protect my schedule and the clients booked after you.

  • I keep it simple — 50% to reserve your spot, and 50% due five days before your design phase begins. I don't currently offer additional payment plans beyond this schedule.

  • The 50% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. It reserves your spot on my calendar and covers the strategy session, onboarding, and prep work that begins right away.

If you cancel after the design phase has begun, the full project investment is non-refundable. I'd always encourage you to read the contract carefully before signing — and reach out if you have any questions before you book.

  • A smooth project depends on both of us showing up. Here's what I need from you:

    • Your completed content planner delivered by the agreed deadline

    • High-quality, on-brand images ready before the design phase begins

    • Feedback provided within the scheduled review windows — one after the homepage, one after the full site

    • Timely responses to emails during the project, within one business day

If content or feedback arrives late and delays the project, the $150 USD per business day holding fee applies. I'll always give you plenty of notice about deadlines — and I'm here to support you through the prep phase so nothing sneaks up on you.

  • Two. One after the homepage is built, and one after the full site is complete. This gives you two genuine chances to weigh in and make sure everything feels right. Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are available at an extra cost.

  • I design with basic accessibility in mind — clear colour contrast, readable font sizes, and clean layouts that are easy to navigate. Squarespace also includes built-in accessibility features across all their templates.

I don't claim full WCAG compliance, but I do design thoughtfully and with care for the people using your site.
